Currently webmaster of AskPhil.Org, Dick Sine has a long history as a philatelic writer and editor. He has been editor of "The American Philatelist", journal of the American Philatelic Society, editorial director at Scott Publishing Co., stamp columnist for The York Times, and executive editor at Novus Debut. He is the author of two correspondence courses on Intermediate Philately for the Pennsylvania State University, the CD-ROM "Encyclopedia of U.S. Postage Stamps," and the book "Stamp Collecting for Dummies."
